What you will do

• Define and own the technical architecture for complex robotics solutions including mobile robots, arms, and drones.
• Design scalable integration frameworks connecting robotics systems with cloud platforms and enterprise ecosystems.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from prototyping and PoCs to production-ready systems.
• Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across robotics teams.
• Architect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination systems.
• Engage with clients through workshops, technical discussions, and architecture presentations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands, Spain, or Italy.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Proven experience in robotics system architecture and end-to-end solution design.
• Expert proficiency in C++ and Python for production-grade robotics software.
• Strong experience with ROS2 and defining architectural standards.
• Deep knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion, and motion planning.

Nice to have

• Experience with simulation environments like Isaac Sim or Gazebo.
• Familiarity with cloud and IoT ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of industrial/embedded ecosystems (ARM, STM32, RTOS, PLC).
