What you will do

  • Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and 1:1 check-ins to performance reviews and offboarding.
  • Partner with managers to enhance Performance Management practices and provide day-to-day leadership coaching.
  • Conduct the final HR assessment in the hiring process to ensure cultural fit and alignment with company values.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to identify development needs and align growth efforts with business priorities.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and interpret HR analytics to inform workforce strategy and team dynamics.
  • Refine and implement people-centric HR practices aligned with the corporate culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an internal HR role (People Partner or HR Business Partner).
  • Proven experience supporting teams within a multicultural environment.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience implementing employee evaluation methods and performance management tools.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Coaching certification.
