TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Antwerpen, Belgium (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including warm onboarding and offboarding.
  • Execute the Fit & Mind wellbeing program and support learning and development initiatives.
  • Manage HR cycles, including feedback rounds, tool configuration, and deadline tracking.
  • Analyze HR data to build dashboards and identify trends in retention and absenteeism.
  • Collaborate with the People & Office team to ensure consistent internal communication.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and team leads regarding HR-related queries.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a broad, operational HR or People role.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with a data-driven approach to HR processes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and maturity.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Antwerpen.
