Event Specialist

Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel. This is an on-site, in-person role.

What you will do

• Represent the company on-site as the primary leader and problem solver during events.
• Coordinate with corporate partners, nonprofit hosts, and venues to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage the check-in process and provide a welcoming experience for all guests.
• Handle on-site logistics including setup, breakdown, site cleaning, and material management.
• Troubleshoot issues such as supply shortages, technology challenges, or staffing gaps in real-time.
• Provide consistent updates, photos, and videos to the central Events Team throughout the event.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale, and executive-level events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Resourcefulness and ability to exhibit grace under pressure in ambiguous situations.
