Salary: 500–880 PLN/MD (Junior), 900–1040 PLN/MD (Mid), 1100–1440 PLN/MD (Senior) on B2B contract

What you will do

• Review and approve electrical design requirements for high-voltage inverter projects.
• Develop complete schematics and finalize the Bill of Materials.
• Lead PCB layout activities in close collaboration with ECAD teams.
• Perform worst-case analysis and participate in Electrical DFMEA activities.
• Support Validation and Manufacturing teams during design and process verification.
• Interact with international customers and cross-regional client sites.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD programs, and simulation tools.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Mid/Senior roles require experience in EMI/EMC compliance, ISO26262, and FMEDA.
• Ability to work on-site or hybrid in Cracow as per the seniority level.

Nice to have

• Previous design experience in Power Electronics.
