What you will do

• Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned product areas
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Translate business goals and user needs into product requirements and user stories
• Lead product discovery (customer interviews, market analysis, competitive research)
• Define product success metrics and monitor performance after release
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive product launches with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role
• Proven experience working with cross-functional product development teams
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies
• Ability to define product requirements and prioritize effectively
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions
• Fluent written and spoken English
