What you will do
- Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned product areas
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Translate business goals and user needs into product requirements and user stories
- Lead product discovery (customer interviews, market analysis, competitive research)
- Define product success metrics and monitor performance after release
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive product launches with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role
- Proven experience working with cross-functional product development teams
- Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies
- Ability to define product requirements and prioritize effectively
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions
- Fluent written and spoken English
