What you will do

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for communication features aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of communication features from concept to refinement.
• Coordinate engineering, design, QA, and business teams to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor communication features for compliance with privacy and security regulations.
• Integrate innovative market trends to enhance the overall user experience.
• Set long-term product goals and translate them into detailed metrics for OKRs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Expertise in breaking down goals into metrics and hypotheses for decision-making.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to derive actionable insights.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+).
