• Train large transformer-based models on long sequences of real-world transactional events.
• Design tokenization schemes for numerical, categorical, and temporal features.
• Manage the full model lifecycle from data preparation through to production.
• Translate research decisions into systems that set the direction for machine learning across the company.
• Operate within a small, high-ownership team to deliver genuine impact on shipped products.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and sequence modelling.
• Hands-on experience designing tokenization schemes for heterogeneous feature types.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, SageMaker, and Airflow.
• Experience owning the full model lifecycle, including training and serving in production.
• Comfortable working on open-ended technical problems in a small team.
• English: CV must be submitted in English

Nice to have

• Experience with Triton kernels or GPU-level optimization.
• Broad ML background extending beyond deep learning.
• Experience with large-scale transactional or financial data.
• Background in ML infrastructure or MLOps.
