What you will do

• Shape and execute digital growth plans across web, social, newsletters, and video to meet company targets and KPIs.
• Set the editorial direction and priorities for digital output to ensure visual distinction and alignment with the brand aesthetic.
• Commission, edit, and write digital-first stories focused on interiors, decoration, gardens, and design.
• Develop a strong pipeline of evergreen content to build long-term audience growth through search and reader loyalty.
• Optimize all digital content for SEO, discoverability, and audience engagement.
• Manage and mentor the digital editorial team and freelance network, fostering a creative and ambitious environment.

Requirements

• Significant experience in digital editorial roles within publishing or media.
• Strong expertise in editing, commissioning, and writing.
• Excellent understanding of audience growth, SEO best practices, and evergreen strategy.
• Demonstrable knowledge and passion for interiors, houses, decoration, and design.
• Experience with social media and platform-specific storytelling formats.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, GB.
