What you will do

• Lead incident response, triage, and troubleshooting for complex distributed systems.
• Design and implement automated remediation strategies to reduce operational toil.
• Manage comprehensive observability stacks to maintain ecosystem health.
• Facilitate blameless post-mortems and drive improvements based on incident learning.
• Train multidisciplinary product teams on effective code instrumentation and dashboard creation.
• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs to align technical performance with business needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona.
• Solid experience in the incident management lifecycle and triage.
• Advanced debugging skills in distributed systems.
• Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, YAML, or Go.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and GCP.

Nice to have

• Network Engineer experience.
• Docker expertise.
• Experience creating MCPs and A2A.
• Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
