What you will do

• Own and evolve system health monitoring across products and platforms, defining observability standards and alerting strategies.
• Establish unified platform health views using Azure observability solutions, Central Log Analytics, and Grafana.
• Design and optimize Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and error budget frameworks.
• Analyze incident trends to improve monitoring, synthetic testing, and overall operational resilience.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams to foster reliability best practices.
• Develop high-quality technical documentation, including runbooks and incident-response procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Operations.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics (KQL), and Application Insights.
• Proven experience managing SLIs, SLOs, and reliability frameworks for large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using C#/.NET, PowerShell, or Python.
• English: Fluency (written and spoken) is required.
• Deep understanding of distributed architectures and Azure PaaS services.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or AI-driven observability solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
