Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid: work from home, client sites, or office in Amsterdam/Rotterdam). Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.

What you will do

• Innovate within the hirify.global CyberLab by developing new SaaS solutions and leveraging AI technologies.
• Manage end-to-end cybersecurity projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and proactive client reporting.
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants, supporting their technical and soft skill development.
• Deliver certified training sessions and customized awareness coaching via the hirify.global Cyber Institute.
• Develop business proposals and identify new collaboration opportunities with clients.
• Contribute to the firm's expertise through publications, white papers, and representation at industry events.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a consultancy firm with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics with the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, C++, Java, etc.) and infrastructure (Cloud, IP Networks, OS).
• Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands (no work permit provided).
