Salary: €5,994 – €8,563 gross per month.

What you will do
- Ensure consistent execution of security processes, controls, and assessments across multiple domains.
- Act as a bridging advisor between the central CISO office and decentralized security teams.
- Translate CISO cyber priorities into actionable requirements and security program activities.
- Challenge security professionals and squads on adherence to quality standards and security processes.
- Facilitate the cross-domain security guild to promote continuous learning and best practices.
- Provide input on security risks related to emerging technologies, including generative AI.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Around 5–10 years of relevant experience in IT/security roles.
- Deep expertise in information and cyber security (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISA).
- Solid knowledge of security engineering (Azure/AWS), risk management, and compliance.
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
Nice to have
- Experience with assurance frameworks like ISO27001, SOC2, and ISAE 3000.
- Experience in governance, operating models, and process improvements.
