What you will do
- Drive the execution of digital transformation and design impact-driven initiatives based on organizational pain points.
- Orchestrate alignment between product, field, and enablement teams to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.
- Lead change management initiatives to embed digital behaviors and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and drive training programs and learning journeys to increase digital fluency at scale.
- Manage project milestones, budgets, and documentation, providing transparent status updates to senior leadership.
- Partner with HR and business units to institutionalize digital adoption practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading digital initiatives in complex, multinational organizations.
- Proven track record of owning the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects from initiation to adoption.
- Strong skills in project management, resource planning, and strategic alignment.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into actionable insights for leadership.
- Must possess a valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to create high-impact executive presentations and video content.
