What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for the PAT Suite, ensuring adherence to scope, time, quality, and cost commitments.
• Guarantee compliance with project governance, security policies, and data privacy regulations.
• Support business stakeholders in backlog prioritization and requirement engineering.
• Align project requirements with existing functionality and other ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth handover of the final solution to Operations and Support teams.
• Utilize Flowable and Actico technologies to drive project implementation.

Requirements

• Must be able to start immediately.
• Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding 2mCHF in financial institutions.
• Strong stakeholder navigation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Compliance or Personal Account Transaction (PAT) systems.
• Proficiency in German.
