What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical design, delivery, and support for telco partner integrations in Europe.
• Act as the primary technical lead in customer conversations, communicating capabilities and requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to align on architecture and roadmaps.
• Contribute code, configuration changes, and automation to support operational excellence.
• Query data mesh and build dashboards to validate integrations and monitor performance.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex production issues across customers and vendors.

Requirements

• Recent hands-on software engineering experience designing and modifying production systems.
• Proficiency with APIs, distributed systems, and SQL.
• Proven success in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions or Integration Engineering).
• Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments with incomplete information.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecommunications operators or carrier ecosystems.
• Familiarity with SIP, telephony, and networking technologies.
• Experience navigating Scala codebases.
• Background in supporting large-scale enterprise integrations.
