What you will do

• Build and maintain frontend interfaces using React and backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Take full ownership of the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of full-stack features.
• Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews to ensure high quality across the team.
• Optimize platform performance and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous system reliability.
• Prioritize security as a core component of all development activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
• Deep understanding of scalable system architecture and security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience building products from 0-to-1 or working within early-stage team environments.
• Experience with the complete software development life cycle (SDLC), from design to operation.
• Track record of building secure, scalable, and high-performance software.
