What you will do

• Provide financial guidance to students and potential applicants regarding student loans.
• Administer Student Support Funds and maintain precise records of financial transactions.
• Resolve queries related to student loan accounts and manage SLC change of circumstances.
• Reconcile all distributed funds and generate management information reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate guidance on available funding.
• Supervise staff and ensure the efficiency of administrative financial procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work.
• Experience in administration or working within a busy office environment.
• Proven ability to manage, present, and maintain complex data.
• Strong numeracy skills and experience in high-standard customer care.
• Ability to supervise staff and work flexibly within a team.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
