What you will do

• Own and develop Kubernetes/Docker-based deployment strategies for production and staging environments.
• Maintain and evolve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, rollback procedures, and release flows.
• Drive observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions for new service infrastructure.
• Improve environment stability, security, and predictability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure role, ideally within a product company.
• Production experience with Kubernetes, specifically as a heavy user of Helm and Helmfile.
• Strong proficiency with Docker and containerized applications.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible for IaC and configuration management.
• Practical experience with Cloudflare (WAF, rate limiting, DDoS mitigation).
• Knowledge of DigitalOcean, AWS, and networking (DNS, TLS, VPN, Cilium, Traefik).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Go, PHP, or Node.js for automation and scripting.
• Experience with ArgoCD, GitOps, or Temporal workflow systems.
• Knowledge of AI-agent automation tooling and associated security implications.
• Operational experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with VictoriaMetrics stack and SRE practices (SLOs/SLAs).
