What you will do

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain a healthy and well-groomed product backlog.
• Translate product requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks for engineering teams.
• Track delivery progress and proactively surface risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Hold the team accountable to sprint commitments and maintain delivery discipline.
• Coordinate day-to-day development activities to support the Product Manager.

Requirements

• Must be located within commuting distance of Amsterdam.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead.
• Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to understand software development concepts to facilitate technical discussions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proactive mindset for identifying and escalating delivery blockers.

• Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech.
