What you will do

• Automate the CEO's personal operating system, including meeting prep, decision logging, and async updates.
• Audit and implement company-wide automation for manual and repetitive workflows using Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Manage the end-to-end investor pipeline, CRM, pitch decks, and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with HR to design performance review frameworks and team-wide visibility dashboards.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional strategic projects, including new market entry and M&A opportunities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and shipping automations with Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Proven track record of designing scalable systems and frameworks.
• Experience operating close to a CEO in a high-growth (Series A+) environment.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive investor and board information with total discretion.
