TL;DR

Chief of Staff (Operations): Acting as the operational connector between the CEO and VP Finance & Operations to streamline leadership collaboration and company-wide coordination. Focus on owning the OKR process, managing board/investor rhythms, and building AI-native operational infrastructure to support a fast-scaling organization.

Location: Remote-first company with hybrid/onsite options in Munich and Berlin; remote work allowed within a +/- 2h time zone of the company.

Salary: €58.2K – €66.6K

hirify.global is a fast-growing software scale-up building the infrastructure for the electronics supply chain, helping OEMs and EMS companies quote and procure faster.

What you will do

  • Design and maintain a triage and briefing system to optimize the CEO's operational time.
  • Own the end-to-end quarterly OKR process, including kickoff, tracking, and retrospectives.
  • Prepare board meeting materials, investor reporting, and management updates.
  • Support financial reporting, budget updates, and KPI tracking in partnership with the VP Finance.
  • Organize and facilitate staff meetings and company offsites.
  • Automate repetitive operational processes using AI tools, Notion, and Slack.

Requirements

  • Must be located within a +/- 2h time zone of the company's core operations.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to systematize ad-hoc workflows.
  • Experience in project management, financial reporting, or executive support.
  • Ability to act as a reliable thought partner to leadership on analytical tasks.
  • Proactive communication style with a focus on psychological safety and direct feedback.
