About the Role

You will quote OTC trades and maintain direct relationships with clients liquidity providers and banks You will develop pricing models and monitor exposure You will manage liquidity and treasury You will settle crypto and fiat You will manage fund movements for operational payments You will keep the bookkeeping of all client trades and all trades with liquidity providers You will monitor fiat and crypto inflows from closed trades You will oversee and approve settlements You will prepare research and alerts and collaborate on strategy development including exposure desk positioning and proprietary trading You will be responsible for the daily close including PnL and balances

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles preferably in crypto fintech or capital markets
• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields preferably Economics or Finance
• AI First mindset and experience using AI tools for automation and optimization
• Masters or postgraduate specialization in capital markets finance or related areas preferred
• Solid knowledge of financial markets
• Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies is a plus
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols and lending solutions is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with various stakeholders
• Advanced English and or Portuguese language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Quote OTC trades
• Maintain direct relationships with clients liquidity providers and banks
• Develop pricing models and monitor exposure
• Manage liquidity and treasury
• Settle crypto and fiat
• Manage funds transfers for operational payments
• Maintain bookkeeping of all client closed trades
• Maintain bookkeeping of all trades closed with liquidity providers
• Monitor fiat and crypto inflows from closed trades
• Oversee and approve settlements
• Prepare research and alerts
• Collaborate on strategy development including exposure and desk positioning and proprietary trading
• Be responsible for daily close including PnL and balances
