What you will do

  • Own and manage end-to-end settlement and reconciliation processes for securities products.
  • Monitor settlement activities and resolve reconciliation breaks, failed trades, and cash discrepancies.
  • Support B2C retail and B2B institutional trading flows across global markets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brokerage, and external custodians to improve workflows.
  • Drive automation and operational efficiency across post-trade and reconciliation systems.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in settlements, reconciliations, or post-trade operations within brokerage, fintech, or banking.
  • Strong understanding of securities trading, settlement flows, and custody operations.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and operational ownership.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
  • Interest in leveraging automation and data tooling to reduce operational risk.
