What you will do

• Serve as a technical expert on the Order to Cash process, managing revenue, cost of sales, cash, and liabilities.
• Support the month-end close by creating journal entries and analyzing trends and variances.
• Collaborate with Fraud, Reconciliation, Treasury, and FP&A teams to ensure accurate loss reserves and FX analysis.
• Conduct technical accounting research and document the impact of new accounting standards or business changes.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
• Execute ad hoc financial analyses and special projects for audit requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and 4+ years of professional experience.
• Required deep knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, and SQL for working with large datasets.
• Must be based in Managua, Nicaragua to meet hybrid in-office expectations.

• CPA certification or public accounting experience.
