What you will do

• Design, model, and deliver 3D assets including buildings, props, vehicles, roads, and environmental elements.
• Develop interior and exterior spaces to enhance visual storytelling and gameplay experience.
• Optimize 3D assets for real-time rendering and high-performance in a live game environment.
• Collaborate with the Art Lead to execute artistic direction and solve technical challenges.
• Contribute to branded collaborations and large-scale world-building initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in Roblox or equivalent game development.
• Strong proficiency in Roblox Studio and performance optimization for live environments.
• Solid knowledge of mesh topology, asset efficiency, and real-time rendering constraints.
• Portfolio demonstrating stylized environments such as cities, buildings, and open-world assets.

Nice to have

• Passion for automotive culture.
• Experience working with licensed IPs.
• Experience with large-scale world-building.
