What you will do
- Design and model high-quality buildings, environmental assets, and props for live game experiences.
- Follow established art-production pipelines to ensure efficient asset integration and optimization.
- Collaborate with the Art Lead to address artistic challenges and maintain visual consistency.
- Apply creativity and player insights to enhance world-building and partnership content.
- Implement feedback to ensure all assets meet quality standards and technical performance requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in Roblox or independent game development.
- Strong proficiency in Roblox Studio with a deep understanding of performance best practices.
- Expertise in mesh topology, asset creation, and optimization techniques.
- Portfolio showcasing stylized game worlds, environments, or buildings.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-oriented mindset.
- Must be based in Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or the UK.
Nice to have
- Passion for cars and car culture.
- Experience working with licensed IPs and established brand guidelines.
- Experience building roads, cities, or large-scale environments.
