What you will do

• Lead mobile product strategy and roadmap definition for iOS and Android platforms to drive growth and innovation.
• Execute the product vision, including backlog prioritization, feature development, and long-term strategic planning.
• Drive experimentation, funnel optimization, and data-informed decision-making to improve user adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable mobile solutions.
• Develop user journeys, event models, and measurement frameworks to track product performance.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to validate hypotheses and identify market opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• 4+ years in product management, including at least 2+ years focused on mobile products (iOS and/or Android).
• Strong understanding of mobile UX principles, agile methodologies, and product discovery practices.
• Experience with product analytics and growth tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, or LaunchDarkly.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver user-centric mobile experiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fintech or commerce-related features such as payments, subscriptions, or financial workflows.
• Experience with AI-enabled product development practices.
