Platform Partnerships Manager, APAC (AdTech/AI): Build and scale strategic relationships with platform partners (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google) by driving joint business plans, partner programs, and growth initiatives with an accent on partner mapping, business reviews, and cross-functional execution. Focus on strengthening Smartly’s position in APAC while connecting partners to product development and supporting sales and customer success with partner-facing packaging and upsell.

What you will do

  • Develop and continuously improve relationships with platform partners and implement joint business plans across APAC.
  • Nurture key partner collaborators and increase partner awareness of Smartly’s offering and success stories.
  • Systemically map partner organizations and share actionable insights with internal teams (e.g., which partner sales pods to engage).
  • Partner with regional leadership and internal functions to drive growth and support the region’s business.
  • Support sales and product marketing with partner-facing narrative, solution packaging, and participation in customer pitches/demos.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner programs and initiatives; organize business reviews and joint events; support customer success and upsell multi-product offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience managing strategic partnerships with large platform partners in the online advertising/marketing ecosystem.
  • Ability to build joint business plans and run partner business reviews and joint events.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, customer success, product marketing, and product development.
  • Experience supporting customer acquisition and growth through partner channels (e.g., pitches/demos) and multi-product upsell.
  • Based in the APAC region (role will be based in Sydney, Singapore, or Bangalore).
