What you will do

• Lead complex SAP IBP programs and planning transformations from pre-sales to go-live.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders regarding planning strategy and solution roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across IBP modules including Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP.
• Lead high-impact workshops to define processes, scope, and technical alignment.
• Provide design authority for master data, key figure modelling, and integration strategies.
• Mentor consultants and drive capability uplift across the practice.

Requirements

• Must have legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand (no sponsorship provided).
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end SAP IBP projects.
• Strong consulting leadership experience with ownership of scope, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
• Expertise in solution architecture and design governance at senior levels.
• Deep understanding of integrated planning processes and planning maturity uplift.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.

Nice to have

• Transferable Digital Supply Chain expertise (e.g., PP/DS, Digital Manufacturing, Procurement).
• Pre-sales experience including scoping, estimation, and proposal development.
• SAP IBP certification or advanced planning training.
