What you will do

• Architect and ship durable, fast, and clean core product features across multiple stacks.
• Design proactive AI agent orchestration layers used by thousands of high-growth brands.
• Prototype new interaction patterns for human-agent collaboration.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO, design, and key stakeholders to deliver value and iterate quickly.
• Raise the engineering craft bar and support the recruiting process to maintain high quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering and product experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Strong commitment to software craft and high standards for performant software.
• Must be based in the US (implied by 401k and Santa Monica headquarters).
