What you will do

• Develop collaborative relationships across sales, actuarial, product, and marketing departments.
• Provide clinical insight and expertise for client meetings and sales finalist presentations.
• Support clinical management in setting expectations for Case and Disease Managers.
• Coordinate and prepare for client audits and clinical reviews to ensure contractual compliance.
• Analyze and synthesize clinical data from high-cost claims and authorization reports.
• Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for RFPs and support submission strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a clinical-related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical or managed care experience.
• Strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a physical work site requirement in Pennsylvania.
• Compliance with HIPAA and data security guidelines.

Nice to have
