What you will do

• Lead client presentations, campaign reviews, and annual planning sessions.
• Mentor and develop program management team members through guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality, data-driven creative work.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in direct response fundraising.
• Proven experience managing large-scale direct mail programs within an agency environment.
• Strong client management and presentation skills.
