Lead/Senior Consultant SAP HXM (SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Remote, Germany. Service region: Germany, France, and Switzerland.

What you will do

• Advise clients on SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and HR transformation initiatives.
• Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization.
• Develop target architectures, solution concepts, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors transformation and migration projects.
• Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, presentations, demos, and Proofs of Concept.
• Contribute to presales, proposals, RFPs, pitches, and long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and hybrid SAP HR landscapes.
• Understanding of end-to-end HR processes across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
• Experience with HR transformation, digitalization, migration, advisory, and proposal processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solutions and roadmaps and work directly with clients.
• Business-fluent German at minimum C1 level is required; very good English skills are also required.
