Salary: $75,000 — $180,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead the conceptualization and development of integrated "big ideas" and strategic campaigns within the CPG landscape.
- Oversee multi-channel creative execution across digital, social, video, print, OOH, and experiential touchpoints.
- Create highly engaging, culturally relevant, and social-first content based on deep platform insights.
- Craft and champion persuasive, distinctive copy and brand voices across all consumer touchpoints.
- Present and sell creative visions to senior clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor junior creatives and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of professional experience in a leading advertising agency or in-house creative department.
- Significant expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- A standout portfolio demonstrating conceptual mastery and award-winning CPG campaigns.
- Proven ability to lead social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Must be based in New York, NY to accommodate the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Direct experience leading work for Skin and Beauty brands.
- Industry awards such as Clios, One Show, D&AD, Cannes Lions, or Effies.
- Experience with emerging technologies and interactive media.
