Salary: $155,000 – $233,000

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies in AI, agents, and knowledge systems.
• Rapidly prototype new products, workflows, and capabilities to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Architect and build scalable AI systems combining LLMs, graph technologies, proprietary intelligence, and cloud-native services.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and executive leadership to move prototypes into production-ready capabilities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and reference architectures for organization-wide AI adoption.
• Evaluate and benchmark emerging models, agent frameworks, and AI tooling; mentor engineers and influence technical strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including experience operating at the Staff or Senior Staff level.
• Deep hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, agentic systems, retrieval architectures, and modern AI tooling.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale graph databases / knowledge graph systems at scale (e.g., Neo4j, Neptune, TigerGraph, JanusGraph).
• Strong software engineering and systems design skills, including distributed cloud-native application development (preferably AWS).
• Proven ability to independently drive ambiguous, high-impact technical initiatives from concept through adoption.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
