What you will do

• Implement and qualify new secondary/tertiary packaging configurations for product launches and tech transfers.
• Perform mechanical and thermal qualification of packaging designs according to industry standards.
• Create and maintain packaging specifications within a cGMP environment.
• Provide technical support for bulk and finished goods shipping and distribution.
• Collaborate with Procurement and vendors to select and qualify packaging materials.
• Support root cause evaluations and investigations related to packaging quality issues.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Packaging or a related engineering field.
• 3-7 years of engineering experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of design and qualification processes for pharmaceutical packaging configurations.
• Familiarity with ASTM, ISTA, and IATA standards for packaging and medical devices.
• Proficiency with ArtiosCAD, Solidworks, and TOPS.
• Experience with cGMP change control systems and pharmaceutical system qualification lifecycles.
