What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure milestone alignment.
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master project plan.
• Perform critical path, float, and variance analysis to identify potential risks.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports and lookahead schedules.
• Collaborate on mitigation and recovery plans to address project delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-8 years of experience in project scheduling, specifically within EPC project phases.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M or more.
• Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to job sites.
