What you will do

• Own and develop the Group's banking infrastructure across 30+ entities to ensure resilience and availability.
• Define and execute bank and fintech partner strategy, including sourcing, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Manage account-level risk and diversification to ensure uninterrupted payment flows.
• Develop treasury infrastructure including SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FX, and hedging instruments.
• Drive commercial negotiations to secure optimal fee structures and credit terms.
• Lead and develop the team while designing scalable internal processes for due diligence and partner evaluation.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Finance within international companies, banks, or IT.
• Solid understanding of payment systems, cross-border transactions, and multi-currency payments.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• English level: B2+ required.
• Ability to manage strategic goals and daily routines independently.
