What you will do

• Create engaging UI experiences through concepting, technical design, and prototyping.
• Document and deliver UI/UX designs for the core project Reforj.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to grow the UI team.
• Collaborate closely with Art, Design, and Software teams.
• Ensure usability and accessibility standards are met across all interfaces.
• Propose mitigation plans for UI-related risks and challenges.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Dundee, Scotland.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and design ability.
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, and After Effects.
• Experience releasing at least two titles on consoles.
• Strong understanding of interaction design and usability principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Noesis or XAML.
• Multi-platform development experience.
• Knowledge of scripting or blueprinting for rapid prototyping.
• Ability to contribute to long-term studio-wide initiatives.
