Procurement Manager

What you will do

• Act as the primary procurement contact for local stakeholders, guiding teams through established processes.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives across IT, Marketing, and Corporate Services.
• Co-create local procurement processes and implement new digital and AI-supported tools.
• Lead RFx processes, contract negotiations, and benchmarking activities.
• Collaborate with the Adevinta Global Strategic Sourcing team to align on regional and global strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Vendor Management, or Indirect Procurement.
• Strong expertise in IT, Tech, and Marketing procurement categories.
• English fluency and German language skills (B2 level).
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a challenger mindset.
• Experience with procurement tools and digital transformation initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled procurement processes.
• Background in onboarding new digital solutions.
