What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of cross-functional software engineers, managing day-to-day activities and performance.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure robust planning and execution of deliverables.
• Oversee front-to-back development, including DevOps, security, stability, and maintainability.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, contributing to code reviews, design, and complex issue resolution.
• Coordinate with QA teams for UAT releases and ensure adherence to release management processes.
• Foster a positive, innovative culture and ensure the team has the resources and training needed for success.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.
• Extensive experience building APIs and microservices using Java and the Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Angular, alongside HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Strong understanding of database technologies including SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Proven leadership experience in mobilizing technical teams and delivering software solutions.
