What you will do

• Design, run, and maintain market-facing issuing services and cardholder portals.
• Collaborate with product management and software architecture to define features and user stories.
• Ensure end-to-end product responsibility including functional and technical aspects.
• Configure applications and maintain deep knowledge of the technology stack.
• Support the agile team with backlog maintenance, story estimation, and planning.
• Train and educate team members to ensure technical integrity and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT services and software development.
• Degree in IT, engineering, computer science, or economics.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Ability to read and write SQL and basic scripting.

Nice to have

• Experience in the electronic payments sector.
• Knowledge of Angular and Java.
• Experience with Cloud environments and applications.
• German language proficiency.
