What you will do

• Actively source and engage top talent through multiple channels to maintain a robust pipeline.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure seamless communication between candidates and recruiters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the ATS.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience through timely and friendly communication.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align on current hiring needs and shifting priorities.

Requirements

• 0.5+ years of experience as an IT Researcher, Sourcer, or Recruiting Coordinator.
• Upper-Intermediate English level required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
