What you will do

• Lead the full-cycle hiring process for global administrative and IT roles, including C-level positions.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using global market research and talent intelligence.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to align recruitment needs with business objectives.
• Create a positive candidate journey through seamless communication and interview processes.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to forecast talent needs and improve hiring efficiency.
• Maintain data accuracy and quality within the SmartRecruiters ATS.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end global recruiting.
• Proven experience in closing administrative and C-level positions.
• Strong skills in consulting senior management and effective negotiation.
• Analytical mindset for tracking hiring metrics and optimizing strategies.
• Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
