What you will do

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Collaborate with a Senior Recruiter to build and maintain candidate pipelines for active vacancies.
  • Analyze candidate profiles to ensure alignment with technical role requirements.
  • Conduct deep market research across European, Turkish, and LATAM talent markets.
  • Maintain and update candidate data accurately within the ATS (Jira).
  • Participate in internal team syncs and dedicated learning sessions.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in building a career in recruitment or sourcing.
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking capabilities.
  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn or a strong willingness to learn search tools.
  • Proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Nice to have

  • Completed courses or certifications in recruitment or talent sourcing.
