What you will do

• Lead and support an agile team using SAFe principles and facilitate ceremonies.
• Coach team members and remove impediments to ensure effective delivery.
• Perform complete vehicle integration testing and verify electrical systems.
• Execute integration tests for new and existing functionality.
• Manage the full test lifecycle including planning, execution, and fault analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methods and SIL/HIL environments.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Computer Science.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and verification/validation processes.
• Hands-on experience in testing and fault analysis.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SIL/HIL testing and complete vehicle integration.
• Experience working with electrical systems from an integration perspective.
• SAFe certification or Scrum Master certification.
• Truck driver's license.
