Quality & Safety Specialist (Aviation): Developing and improving Quality and Safety Management Systems for Air Traffic Management (ATM) equipment with an accent on compliance, regulatory requirements, and safety assurance. Location: Must be based in Gothenburg, Växjö (Sweden), or Apeldoorn (Netherlands). This position requires passing a security vetting.

What you will do
- Maintain and develop the organization’s Quality and Safety Management System for ATM solutions.
- Plan and perform internal audits and assurance activities to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support safety assessments, hazard identification, and risk analysis in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Drive root cause analysis for safety and quality-related deviations and implement corrective measures.
- Establish and maintain structured compliance evidence and contribute to safety case activities.
- Monitor and report on performance to strengthen a culture of safety-integrated decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in quality, safety, or assurance roles within regulated environments.
- Background in aviation, Air Traffic Management (ATM), or safety-critical systems.
- Proven experience with audits, management systems, or safety assurance.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to pass security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
