What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth analyses on customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value to improve campaign targeting.
  • Manage data models and reports to track marketing KPIs, including NPS and unified customer activity.
  • Perform media mix analysis to evaluate channel interactions and optimize performance.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, IT, and commercial teams to ensure data quality and alignment.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with AI technologies, Excel, and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of NPS, attribution modeling, or customer lifetime value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Python or R.
  • Experience with A/B testing and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
