What you will do
- Conduct in-depth analyses on customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value to improve campaign targeting.
- Manage data models and reports to track marketing KPIs, including NPS and unified customer activity.
- Perform media mix analysis to evaluate channel interactions and optimize performance.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that integrate data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, IT, and commercial teams to ensure data quality and alignment.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with AI technologies, Excel, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of NPS, attribution modeling, or customer lifetime value.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of Python or R.
- Experience with A/B testing and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
