What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support Analytics Engineers and Data Analysts through 1:1s, feedback, and development conversations.
• Set clarity on priorities, ownership, and team ways of working to ensure sustainable delivery.
• Partner with architects and area leads to shape technical direction and long-term improvements.
• Support technical decision-making and balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability.
• Drive a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing engineering culture and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Experience leading people formally or informally (Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Team Lead, or similar).
• Ability to contribute to discussions on data modeling, analytics engineering, semantic layers, data products, and modern data architectures.
• Hands-on familiarity with dbt, Databricks, Spark SQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience with BI and analytics platforms.
• Comfort working in AI/ML or data product environments.
